How a CheckPeps conversation runs
Five steps, in order. The last one is the point of the whole thing.
The five steps

You describe a goal
You say what you are trying to understand, in plain language. There is no intake form to fill in and no required health questionnaire — you decide what you bring to the conversation.

Your goal maps to peptide categories
CheckPeps identifies which peptide categories are relevant to the goal you described, and says which ones are not. Mapping a goal to a category is a way of organising what to read about. It is not a recommendation, and it is not a shortlist of things to take.

You get educational context
For each relevant category: what it is, the vocabulary used around it, how it is generally discussed, and where the open questions and disagreements sit. Uncertainty is described as uncertainty rather than smoothed over.

Relevant health context is screened
CheckPeps reviews the health information you have chosen to share and looks for topics that belong in a clinical setting rather than an educational one. This is a routing step, not an assessment of your health — nothing here is a diagnosis or an evaluation of your condition.

Escalation routes you to a licensed professional
When a defined escalation condition is met, the educational track ends. CheckPeps says why the topic needs a professional and points you toward one. It does not negotiate, and it does not offer a reduced version of the answer instead.
The order matters
Screening and escalation are not a filter bolted onto the end. A conversation can escalate at any point, including on the first message, and escalation takes priority over continuing to explain.

What you will not be given, at any point
No step in this flow produces a prescription, a dose, a dose range, a schedule, an injection technique, a reconstitution instruction, or a stack. Asking for them in a different way does not produce them either — the boundary sits in the system, not in how the question is phrased.
